The Challenge
The company was the first health installment service provider in Indonesia and wanted to build trust in their service and reach a wide and credible audience.
The challenge lies in the fact that healthcare installment services in Indonesia are relatively new and not well-known among the public, leading many people to be hesitant in using such services.
Our Approach
Healthcare installment service providers need to enhance education and information to the public about their services through key opinion leaders (KOLs) who play a role in building trust by providing information and education about the benefits, processes, and usage of the services.
To build trust and reach a broad and credible audience, the company requires KOL promotion through the following process :
- Set KPI & Strategy : Measure the success of the campaign to be carried out and the budget needed.
- KOL Mapping & KOL Listing : Identify relevant KOLs with the company's target audience, considering factors such as their focus, reach, engagement, credibility, and brand suitability.
- Campaign Brief : Create a KOL brief based on predetermined KPIs and strategies, with the SIPS team developing the creative content.
- KOL Approaching : Check KOL availability based on the campaign and predetermined timeline.
- KOL Monitoring : Ensure collaboration strategies align with campaign objectives and predetermined timeline.
- Analysis & Report : KOL Report becomes key to evaluating campaign success and serves as evidence of campaign execution and evaluation for future campaigns.
The Result
Results :
- Increased brand awareness of healthcare installment services.
- Building public understanding of healthcare installment concepts.
- As the first installment service in Indonesia, the results are not yet visible from 10 KOLs with Nano-Micro Tier. Consistent collaboration with KOLs with specific and accurate niches, SOW, and audience is needed.
